Wowed by Our Website!
20 November 2005
Since the official launch in June, we have received some very positive and complimentary feedback about our new website from children, parents and friends of the school. Thanks to everyone. Here is a selection of the comments sent in so far:
- 'My brother and I have been on Kidszone, and we think that the games and ideas are cool' Lauren
- 'The pictures of the teachers are really good and very funny, particularly my teacher!' James
- 'I like all the colourful drawings and photographs. Well done to all the OWSAT team.' Elizabeth
- 'This site really stands out, especially the tree and the owl. I hope that I can add some ideas of my own.' Harry
- 'I have emailed news of our site to my aunt in Australia - she replied that she thought it is terrific, especially the information for parents.' Michael
- 'You have met the objectives of the group and, after a year's hard work and dedication, the results are very satisfying. You all deserve an Apple Point! Well done OWSAT.' Mr Graham McArthur, Headteacher, Somersham Primary School
- 'My sister in California was impressed with our new site, particularly meeting the staff. She will show this to the children and staff in the school where she works.' Mrs Janet Peaks, Financial Secretary, Somersham Primary School
- 'Congratulations to the OWSAT team for a wonderful achievement on the launch of the school's website. I am looking forward to seeing Phase 2.' Mr Michael Payne, Chair of Governors, Somersham Primary School
- 'This is a lovely site - I really get the sense that it is designed by and for Primary children to enjoy. Many congratulations to the OWSAT team.' Mrs Clare Robertson, School Governor
- 'Ten out of ten for your efforts! I think that you have made a great structure from which the website can grow and grow.' Mr Michael Brackfield, Parent
- 'This website is very thorough and I admire the way that your school's children have played a major part in putting it together.' Mr Barry Dowler, ICT Education Service, Cambridgeshire County Council
